Canacon completed a full condo renovation for me, I'm super happy with the end result. I was very happy with the quality of work that was done at each step in the process; it's nice to know that things have been done right and corners have not been cut. Every aspect is a shower stopper; custom kitchen, bathroom, tile work, hardwood floors and trim. My "new" home looks modern, clean, and fresh. Renovations to my older Vancouver home have always been problematic. This spring, repairing a wooden deck built in the 1970's was a daunting prospect; leaks (like a sieve), fencing issues (not up to code), wood rot, and carpenter ants.

I hired Canacon to upgrade my kitchen and bathroom in an old house. They did a great job - I am thrilled with the final outcome. In addition they did a myriad of jobs that I have considered doing but never got around to over the last 10 years.

These were added on with ease and I found that Jay gave outstanding service. He was available to meet in the evening and at week-end which was much more convenient for me. Last but not least I had a hard deadline for completion and they met it.

Canacon was instrumental in constructing a major portion of Atlas Cloud Data Centre. From Walls to Doors, to Windows, paint and concrete, they arrived early and finished everything on time and on budget. Looking forward to expanding and bringing the team in to help.

My wife and I hired Canacon Construction Ltd, Vancouver to perform our complete house renovation.

The project included a major structural modification by removing two load bearing walls and replaced by a single engineered wood girder above the ceiling and rehung all ceiling joist to the new girder to open up the kitchen to connect with living and dining room. All new plumbing through out to city water supply service, new hot water tank, new gas service to new gas range location, new water line to new fridge location, three new bathrooms and one new powder room. One bathroom requires completely new underground drainage and vent services. All new electrical and data cable wiring, upgrade electrical panel to 200 Amp service, new private power pole, all new light fixture, motion sensing control light fixture. The crown jewel of the renovation was the new kitchen. All new windows, re/re all waney cedar siding where required, new roof and gutter where required, gutter guard, new patio doors, re/re one existing window into a door, re/re two patio doors to two windows, new hard floor on ground floor, refinish existing hardwood floor on main and upper floor, new drywall partition and ceiling, remove all spraytex ceiling, trowel smooth, new paint inside and outside, new property perimeter, timber retaining walls, new stamped concrete walkway and stairs, new exterior Trex deck, vegetable planters, regrade entire property with top soil, drainage gravel for walkway beyond property line, new garage doors.

Canacon performed the entire scope of work in five and half months. All work was executed professionally and we have received many compliments from all guests and relatives. We highly recommend this company based on their professionalism.

We hired Canacon in January 2016 for a small renovation project in our townhouse. We were very satisfied with the quality of their work. We hired them again in May of this year when we had a water leak in our unit and needed a company to take care of the restorations. Canacon handled a renovation/upgrade to an investment property I own in MacKenzie Heights, Vancouver, back in 2016. Professional and courteous, Stu and Jay were excellent people to work with.
