Restoration & Renovation
This interior renovation project involved a complete update and redesign of an old home built in 1914. The project began by stripping the interior down to the studs and implementing a structural layout redesign. The hardwood flooring was restored to its original glory, breathing new life into the space. Exterior stucco repairs were conducted, seamlessly tying in with the existing stucco for a cohesive finish. Custom-designed cabinetry built by Canacon Construction was installed, adding both functionality and visual appeal. As part of the renovation, a full legal basement suite was created, providing additional living space. An exterior deck was added to the small backyard, creating an outdoor retreat. This renovation project successfully updated this historic home, carefully preserving its historical integrity while introducing modern updates and improvements.
